Steger Mukluks Beats the Cold and Heats Up Sales with M.O.M. and SiteLINK Responsive Design from Freestyle Software

Steger Mukluks, a Freestyle Software customer since 2005, has steadily increased their business since implementing M.O.M. (Multichannel Order Manager) and SiteLINK Commerce Cart. Known for their unique, fashionable and durable Mukluks and Moccasins, the Steger team has worked with Freestyle on several projects to improve their business and respond to the everchanging eCommerce marketplace.

Recently Steger asked Freestyle for assistance in responding to the trend in consumer preference for completing purchases on Mobile devices, to change all their commerce platforms to display products consistently and to improve the sale of accessories along with Mukluks and Moccasins.

The solution included the introduction of Responsive Design functionality to improve the Mobile shopping experience for customers, improved back end process to allow for speed along with consistency and to feature the display of accessories that match each customer’s selected products.

The results have been impressive and demonstrate that a collaborative partnership can bring improved business results. Sales have increased, especially for accessories and customers now enjoy an improved Mobile shopping experience that is faster to load and much easier to navigate
